Monogrammed items are not returnable as they are custom made for you. Prior to placing your order, please ensure all personalization is correct. If you have any questions about an item, please contact Chloe Lane Boutique prior to ordering. If Chloe Lane Boutique has made an error in the monogramming of an item, we will make every effort to correct our error by repairing and/or replacing the incorrect items. Order Processing Payment is due upon receipt of order. Products will not be shipped until payment is received. Chloe Lane Boutique will make all efforts to complete monogrammed orders within ten (10) business days of placing your order. Items will be shipped to the designated recipient upon completion. At times, certain items on the website may be unavailable or backordered. If an item on your order is unavailable or backordered, Chloe Lane Boutique will contact you. At that time, you may choose to keep the item on your order, replace the item or remove the item from your order. Rush Orders Should you require your order to be rushed, there is an additional $5 rush charge per monogrammed item. A rushed item will ship on the third full business day after the order is placed. When placing an order for a rushed item, please remember to choose the appropriate expedited shipping method for your needs. Rush fees are only refundable if Chloe Lane Boutique fails to ship your item within the third full business day following receipt of your order.
